Please join us for conversation with some of the leading voices in multifamily investment for the San Francisco Bay Area.

Keynote address by Ned Segal, Chief of Housing and Economic Development for the City of San Francisco. Ned will share a timely perspective on the City’s housing priorities and policy landscape. 

Gino Canori, President & CEO of Related California—will moderate a timely panel which will include: 

  • Pat Calihan, Chief Investment Officer, Prometheus Real Estate Group
  • Sam Fagelson, Vice President, Acquisitions, Mitsui Fudosan America
  • Sally Stocks, Senior Portfolio Manager, California State Teachers’ Retirement System

We will cover the evolving landscape of multifamily development and investment in San Francisco and the Bay Area. We will cover capital flows, pricing dynamics, development feasibility, policy impacts, and where investors are finding opportunity in today’s market. Expect a candid, forward-looking conversation on how institutional and private capital are navigating uncertainty, repositioning portfolios, and underwriting the next phase of the multi-family cycle.
