This exclusive hard hat tour gives Developing Leaders members a first-hand experience on an active construction site — a rare opportunity to see how vision becomes reality from the ground up.

Led by the team from Presidio Bay, this behind-the-scenes walkthrough will highlight the strategic redevelopment of this 13-story office tower into a next-generation “office resort” — a workspace concept that blends productivity with hospitality-focused amenities including rooftop decks with panoramic Bay views, wellness-oriented facilities, high-performance fitness spaces, co-working and event areas, and more. 

This event is part of NAIOP SFBA’s Developing Leaders (DL) program — designed to accelerate the next wave of commercial real estate professionals through immersive learning, industry exposure, and curated networking experiences tailored for professionals aged 35 and under.
