Join CREDA SFBA for an exclusive walking tour of Treasure Island, San Francisco's newest waterfront neighborhood, led by Wilson Meany — master developer of the 20-year, $6+ billion Treasure Island redevelopment.
The tour will guide attendees through two of the island's newest residential communities before we wrap up with a happy hour overlooking the bay. The tour includes stops at Isle House, a 250-unit, 22-story tower designed by David Baker Architects with sweeping views of the Golden Gate Bridge, and 490 Avenue of the Palms, a residential community offering studio through three-bedroom homes with wellness-focused amenities and direct waterfront access. Along the way, Wilson Meany will share an overview of the broader master plan, which spans more than 8,000 residential units, 300+ acres of parks and open space, and new retail and hotel development on the island.
Following the tour, the group will enjoy a hosted happy hour at Mersea with views of the San Francisco skyline.
